1. About the Website

The Website provides information about iCare 24x7, a healthcare platform that is preparing to launch in Mumbai. The app is not yet available. The Website allows visitors to join a waitlist and submit enquiries.

2. No medical advice

The Website does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Content on the Website is for general information only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Using the Website does not create a doctor-patient relationship with us.

3. Emergencies and ambulance coordination

iCare 24x7 is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, call 112 immediately. Ambulance coordination requests submitted through iCare 24x7 are recorded but are not dispatched by iCare 24x7. A request does not guarantee that an ambulance or partner will be available.

4. Waitlist and communications

Joining the waitlist is free. By joining, you consent to receiving launch updates and related communications from us. You can ask us to remove your details at any time by emailing icare24by7@gmail.com. We do not guarantee that the app will launch on a particular date or that any service will be available in your area.

5. Provider and partner enquiries

Submitting a provider or partner enquiry does not create a partnership, employment or agency relationship. All providers and partners are subject to verification and separate agreements before being listed or activated.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• Submit false, misleading or impersonating information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems.
• Interfere with the security, availability or integrity of the Website.
