iCare 24x7 is an on-demand healthcare platform that brings verified doctors, pharmacy, diagnostics, home nursing, hospitals and ambulance coordination together in one experience. The app is coming soon, starting with Mumbai.
When will the app launch?
We are preparing for launch in Mumbai. Join the waitlist and we will share updates as soon as launch dates are confirmed. We will not send unrelated marketing.
Which city will you launch in first?
Mumbai is our first launch city. More cities are planned after the Mumbai rollout, and we will announce them on this website and our social channels.
What services will be available at launch?
The initial focus is doctor consultations, pharmacy and medicines, diagnostics and labs, home nursing, hospitals and beds, and ambulance coordination. Each service will be available where verified partners are live in your area.
Is iCare 24x7 a hospital or clinic?
No. iCare 24x7 is a healthcare platform that works with verified providers and partners. We do not provide medical care directly.
How do you verify providers?
Doctors, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, nursing professionals, hospitals and ambulance partners go through identity and credential checks before being listed. Verification standards are maintained continuously.
How much will services cost?
Pricing will be shown clearly before you confirm a service. Consultation fees, medicine prices and test costs are displayed transparently so you can decide with confidence.
Is my personal data safe?
Privacy is a core design principle. We minimise the data we collect, protect it with access controls and encryption, and never sell personal data. You can read the details in our Privacy Policy.
Do you handle medical emergencies?
No. iCare 24x7 is not an emergency service. Ambulance coordination requests are recorded but not dispatched. In an emergency, call 112 immediately.
Can I join as a doctor or provider?
Yes. Doctors, nurses and other care professionals can register their interest through the provider enquiry form. Our team will follow up with verification details.
Can hospitals, pharmacies, labs and ambulance partners join?
Yes. Hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, imaging centres, home-care agencies and ambulance operators can use the partner enquiry form to start a conversation.
Does it cost anything to join the waitlist?
No. Joining the waitlist is free. You can ask us to remove your details at any time by contacting icare24by7@gmail.com.
